This industrial tote funnel is designed to sit on IBC totes and drain fluids from small containers into the tote. Dimension are 14″ x 24″ x 4″ and weighs 17 lbs. Made of 14 gauge steel, and has a 3 1/2 gallon liquid capacity. Furthermore, this funnel will work with any type of waste fluid recovery system. It is suitable for IBC totes and sits firmly on any side on an IBC tote. The 3″ diameter drain spout allows draining of thick liquids or sludge. The drain spout extends 4″ from the bottom of the funnel and it centered at the end of the funnel. In addition, the funnels 24″ length allow the user to pour liquids into the funnel without risking injuring stretching over the tote.
The IBC funnel comes with a hinged lockable lid. In addition to a catch screen to catch large debris from draining into the tote or other large collection container. As a result, the catch screen allows for the draining of smaller containers such as buckets and filters. The catch screen can be removed for cleaning.
